Ever feel like life has no meaning…

until “blinded by the light” comes on the radio during your drive home?

And, it’s like 1/2hr long, so you just get to keep living the goodness.

Now onto a slice of epicness – this probably isn’t funny to anyone else, but this is the kind of thing one of my friends and I used to do back in the day. It’s the sorta thing everyone should pull with their own friends. I’ll change their names because I’m cool like that.

Meg and I played a game with Nick, at first unbeknownst to him. We gave each other dares and wrote them down before we got to his house. They were to be delivered like a natural part of the conversation.

Hers:
1- Touch his face twice.
2- Use “indestructible” successfully in a sentence.
3- Call him “Sugar-Ass.”

Mine:
1- Touch his feet twice.
2- Make a reference to Walden Pond.
3- Call him by his brother’s name, like I’d forgotten his actual name.

Also, I had to demand that he feed me.

Mission was accomplished rightly so and he was thrilled once we spilled the beans and showed him the paper.

^I don’t think I’ll ever get the image of Nick’s face out of my mind as I poked him in the feet, shouting, “Joe, I’m hungry, what do you have to eat?”

He was smiling in a perplexed sort of way like he thought I was losing my mind.

Good times!
